The Founder
Real People. Real Potential is a product of Modern Disability Training, founded by international disability awareness author, speaker, and trainer Gary Karp.
Mr. Karp speaks and teaches widely in workplace settings. His programs are business-focused, putting workplace success first and foremost.
As a wheelchair user since 1973, when he was injured in a fall from a tree at the age of 18, he understands personally how a disability is a part of a whole person with real potential.
The "Real People. Real Potential." course is Mr. Karp's latest major undertaking, offering a sophisticated tool to move your workplace culture to a clear understanding of workers with disabilities in the modern world.
